Teams wasn't built for people with more than one account

Microsoft Teams lets you add multiple accounts — but only the active one gets notifications. Everything else goes silent until you manually switch. If you juggle work, clients, or a volunteer org, you're missing messages.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Unified inbox

Every chat from every connected account, sorted by most recent. Filter by account or see them all together.

Real-time sync

Messages arrive instantly. No manual refresh. Powered by Microsoft Graph change notifications with live push to every device.

Send from any account

Reply and it goes out from the right account automatically. Compose new chats from whichever account you need.

Push notifications, all accounts

The one thing Teams itself can't do. Get notified from every connected account at the same time.

Teams & channels too

Beyond one-on-one and group chats: browse your joined teams, read channel conversations, and reply in threads.

Native iOS, Android & web

A full web app at teamgroup.app today — with true native iOS and Android apps, built in Swift and Kotlin (not web wrappers), coming soon.

If you have more than one Teams account, this is your app

MSPs & Consultants

Manage 10, 20, 50 client tenants

When a client messages at 4:47pm on their tenant, you'll see it — even if you're working in another client's environment.

Freelancers & Contractors

Three clients, three accounts, one app

Zero patience for signing in and out all day. TeamGroup puts all your client accounts in one place with real push notifications.

Work + Everything Else

Church, board seat, school, side business

You don't need to be in IT. If your volunteer org, board, or class uses Teams alongside your work account, keep them all in one inbox.

Your accounts, protected properly

TeamGroup is built by a certified Microsoft Partner. It never sees your Microsoft password and stores nothing it doesn't need. These are our actual practices, not marketing promises.

Microsoft-native sign-in

You connect accounts through Microsoft's own OAuth 2.0 login with delegated permissions. TeamGroup never receives or stores your Microsoft password, and you can revoke access anytime at myapps.microsoft.com or inside the app.

Tokens locked down

OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database. On your devices, tokens live in the iOS Keychain and Android encrypted storage — never in plain files or cookies.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS — between your device, our servers, and the Microsoft Graph API. Data at rest is protected by Azure SQL Transparent Data Encryption.

No trackers, no data sales

No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies. We don't sell your data. Passwordless email sign-in means there's no TeamGroup password to leak either.

Common questions

Who is TeamGroup for?

Anyone with more than one Microsoft Teams account. That includes people with a work account plus a church or club, board members, freelancers with multiple clients, MSP engineers, or anyone with both a personal and work Teams account.

How is this different from switching accounts in Teams?

Microsoft Teams lets you add multiple accounts, but only your active account receives notifications. If someone messages you on a non-active account, you won't know until you manually switch. TeamGroup keeps all your accounts connected simultaneously with real-time push notifications from every one.

Is TeamGroup secure?

Yes. TeamGroup uses the same Microsoft sign-in you already use — your Microsoft credentials are never stored by TeamGroup. Authentication tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored in the iOS Keychain or Android encrypted storage on your device, and all data at rest is protected by Azure SQL transparent data encryption.

Does my IT admin need to approve this?

In most organizations, no — TeamGroup is built by a certified Microsoft Partner and uses standard Microsoft authentication with delegated permissions, the same way you'd sign into Teams on any device. If your organization restricts third-party app access to Microsoft 365, check your IT policy before connecting a corporate account. We keep a straight-answers page for administrators: TeamGroup for IT admins.

Does TeamGroup work with personal Microsoft accounts?

Yes. TeamGroup supports work accounts (Microsoft 365), school accounts, and personal Microsoft accounts.

What platforms is TeamGroup available on?

TeamGroup is live on the web at teamgroup.app. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
