Sign-in with Microsoft isn't working
TeamGroup uses Microsoft's own sign-in. If the Microsoft login page reports that your organization blocks the app, your tenant restricts third-party Microsoft 365 apps — send your IT admin our security and permissions overview and they can approve it like any other OAuth app. If sign-in fails for another reason, email us with the error text you see and which platform you're on (iOS, Android, or web).
I'm not getting notifications
First check the operating system's notification permission for TeamGroup (Settings → Notifications on iOS, Settings → Apps → Notifications on Android). On Android, also make sure battery optimization isn't restricting the app in the background. If notifications work for one connected account but not another, disconnect and reconnect that account — its Microsoft authorization may have been revoked or expired.
A connected account stopped syncing
This usually means the Microsoft authorization for that account was revoked (by you, your admin, or a password/security change on the Microsoft side). Reconnect the account through the app — it's the same Microsoft sign-in you used the first time.
Billing and subscriptions
The Free plan covers one connected Teams account; Pro ($12/month) unlocks unlimited accounts. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Manage your subscription from the billing page in the web app.
Deleting your account and data
Disconnecting a Teams account inside the app removes that account's data. To delete your entire TeamGroup account and all data, email support@teamgroup.app from your sign-in address — we cancel any active subscription and delete everything. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Something else?
Check the FAQ first — and if that doesn't cover it, email support@teamgroup.app. Include your platform (iOS, Android, web) and what you expected to happen; screenshots help.
